Role Overview

The Senior Enterprise Network Specialist (T5) is a senior enterprise-level technical leader responsible for designing, governing, and evolving enterprise network platforms across global locations, cloud environments, and hybrid infrastructures.

This role owns enterprise network standards, reference architectures, and modernization roadmaps, ensuring secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective connectivity across manufacturing plants, offices, data centers, and cloud platforms.

Working across multiple Business Units (BUs), the T5 Specialist collaborates closely with Network, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Systems teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise network solutions. The role serves as the bridge between architecture and execution by providing deep technical leadership, guiding large transformation programs, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), and ensuring network designs enable reliable and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Network Architecture
- Design and maintain enterprise reference architectures for:
- Campus, plant,



and data center networks
- WAN and SD-WAN
- Cloud and hybrid networking
- Network segmentation and security integration
- Develop and maintain enterprise network standards, design patterns, and best practices across business units.
- Lead architecture reviews for major network initiatives and infrastructure changes.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, resilience, and security across enterprise network implementations.
- Drive network modernization initiatives and technology lifecycle management.

Cloud & Hybrid Networking
- Architect and govern Azure-based hybrid cloud networking solutions, with secondary hyperscaler support where applicable.
- Collaborate with Security teams to embed Zero Trust principles, network segmentation, and secure access into network designs.
- Define standard architectures for:
- Site-to-site and remote connectivity
- Cloud ingress/egress
- Hub-and-spoke network
