Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT sectors like manufacturing, engineering, automotive, SPM, etc.
Coordination with hiring managers to understand requirement .
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social networks, and qualified sites.
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: from sourcing to onboarding.
Salary negotiations and ensuring quality of hires.
Maintain and update daily submissions/ MIS/ Reports.
Working on ATS
