Position: HR Manager
Experience: 5–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Handle payroll, attendance, and employee records
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee engagement and performance reviews
Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work setting
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Pay: ₹40,850.00 - ₹50,400.00 per month
