We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Printing & Graphic Design Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both graphic designing and printing operations. The role involves designing print-ready artwork, operating printing equipment, and ensuring high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, posters, stickers, labels, and other marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork using design software.
- Operate and manage digital printing machines and related equipment.
- Perform basic finishing work such as cutting, laminating, binding, and packaging.
- Ensure color accuracy and print quality.
- Coordinate with customers to understand design and printing requirements.
- Maintain printing materials, equipment,
and inventory.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design and printing operations.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of digital printing processes, color management, and print production.
- Ability to operate printing and finishing equipment.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
