About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Lead to own inbound lead conversion and drive high-quality customer visits to our Experience Centers. This role involves handling leads hands-on while also guiding and supporting a small pre-sales team to ensure targets, quality, and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage leads via calls, chat, and CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the value of visiting our Experience Centers.
- Drive and achieve a monthly target of 80–100 qualified customer visits to Bangalore & Hyderabad Experience Centers.
- Lead by example through hands-on conversion and strong customer engagement.
- Guide, mentor, and monitor Pre-Sales Associates on call quality, conversion metrics, and CRM hygiene.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead tracking, reporting, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate closely with Sales & Retail teams for smooth lead handover and higher conversion rates.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase visit-to-conversion efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Management (team-handling experience preferred).
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to balance execution and team ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
