Role Description
The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for analytical instruments and related services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant tender opportunities,



analyzing tender documents and technical specifications, preparing compliant proposals, and coordinating with internal technical and sales teams to gather required information. The role involves maintaining tender documentation, tracking submission deadlines, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer requirements, and supporting negotiation and clarification activities with clients and procurement bodies. The Tendering Specialist will also contribute to pricing strategies, maintain tender databases and records, and support continuous improvement of tender processes to enhance win rates.
