Role Description
This is a full time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Pharma DRA Executives will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents and dossiers for drugs in accordance with national and international guidelines. Daily activities include coordinating with cross-functional teams (R&D;, QA, QC, manufacturing, and marketing) to gather data,



ensure regulatory compliance, and support product approvals and lifecycle management. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of drug regulatory requirements, tracking submission timelines, responding to regulatory queries, and ensuring accurate documentation and records. Executives will also contribute to internal audits and compliance initiatives and support continuous improvement of regulatory processes.

Qualifications
- Mandatory B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in Regulatory Affairs or related fields are an advantage.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Drug Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with exposure to multiple therapeutic segments.
- Strong knowledge of Indian drug regulations, guidelines, and submission requirements; familiarity with international regulatory standards is beneficial.
