Plan and execute below-the-line marketing initiatives and branch branding activities to enhance local market visibility and drive customer engagement.

Role & responsibilities

BTL On-Ground Activations

* Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns including loan melas, society activations, trade meets and SME meets

* Drive localized campaigns aligned with branch-level business goals

* Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads

* Identify high-potential micro-markets for targeted activation activities

* Track ROI and performance metrics for each activation

Channel Partner & SME Marketing

* Organize partner engagement programs and relationship-building initiatives.

* Develop marketing programs tailored to SME customers and the self-employed segment.

* Support field teams with marketing collaterals and campaign toolkits.

Branch Branding & Visibility

* Ensure consistent branch branding as per corporate guidelines.

* Manage signage, in-branch branding, wall paintings, and outdoor visibility initiatives.





* Coordinate with local vendors for branding material production and installation.

* Conduct periodic audits to maintain branding quality across locations.

Vendor & Budget Management

* Empanel and manage local vendors across cities.

* Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective execution.

* Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation.

* Ensure timely execution and compliance with internal processes.

Cross-Functional Coordination

* Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business objectives.

* Provide feedback from ground activations to refine marketing strategies.
