- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Knowledge of Quick Formula, Payroll Flows, Elements, Balances, and Payroll Processing.
- Experience in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL).
- Understanding of HCM Extracts and BI Reports.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion security roles and data access.
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes.
