We are seeking
for energetic, target-driven
Business Development professionals who can successfully drive sales growth and market penetration across a cluster of 6-7 districts. The role focuses on managing a high-performing team of Executives, appointing a robust dealer/ franchise network and ensuring that the sales funnel from lead generation to project commissioning is moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline across Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) rooftop solar projects.
- Ensure timely collections aligned with project milestones.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Manage and strengthen Franchise/Channel Partner performance.
- Conduct daily sales reviews, field coaching, and weekly pipeline meetings.
- Conduct induction, product, process, sales, and field training for newly appointed BDEs and Franchise/Channel Partners to ensure effective onboarding and role readiness.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver periodic refresher and capability-building training sessions for BDEs and Franchise/Channel Partners to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, operational compliance, and overall performance.
- Support the sales team in closing key opportunities.
