Role Description
The Business Analyst role at Priodemy is a full time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.



The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across Priodemy’s product ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders in product, engineering, and operations. The Business Analyst will map and improve business processes, translate complex needs into clear functional specifications, and support the design of data-driven solutions. Typical responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, preparing requirement documents and process flows, collaborating on solution design and user stories, and supporting acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also includes preparing reports and insights for leadership, monitoring key performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Priodemy’s technology and business operations.
