Job Description
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously to meet company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively and clearly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all project activities.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and project excellence.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing hardware programs from development till production
- Direct experience with consumer electronics, robotics, IoT or similar physical development
- Strong experience of Hardware development process(EVT/DVT/PVT), DFM & NPI process
- Experience working directly with CMs, ODMs or Factory teams
