About The Role

We are looking for an Ads Creative Designer to create advertising and social media creatives for Meta, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.

This role requires someone who understands both design and marketing. The person should know how to create creatives that capture attention, communicate the message clearly, and encourage users to click, engage, or take action.

The selected candidate will work with our paid ads, social media, content, and project management teams across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create static ads, carousels, stories, banners, and other digital campaign creatives.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Display, Performance Max, and other relevant platforms.
- Understand campaign goals and funnel stages such as lead generation, eCommerce sales, brand awareness, engagement, prospecting, remarketing, and conversions.




- Develop different creative concepts and variations for campaign testing.
- Use strong hooks, clear messaging, visual hierarchy, and suitable calls to action.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, content formats, platform behaviour, and changing audience preferences.
- Use AI tools to generate concepts, visuals, backgrounds, and creative variations.
- Coordinate with marketers and content writers to understand the audience, offer, and campaign message.
- Review creative performance with the paid ads team and improve designs based on feedback and campaign data.
- Adapt designs into the required sizes and formats for different platforms.
- Manage creative requirements for multiple clients while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure creatives follow the client’s brand guidelines and the technical specifications of each platform.
