Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil and electrical works at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and civil work teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress and update daily work reports (DPR).
- Check material delivery, usage, and quality at site.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and PPE compliance.
- Assist engineers in inspections, testing, and electrical commissioning.
- Identify site issues and report delays or deviations to senior engineers.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and work progress.

Preferred candidate profile
- Any suitable candidate from Bihar, UP, MP, West Bengal & Tamil Nadu states willing to locate in Tamil Nadu
- Willingness to work in office and handle field challenges.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of site safety practices.
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering. Graduate will also be considered.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of site experience.
- Basic knowledge of building construction and electrical systems.
