Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate with TPAs/service providers for timely settlement of Travel and OPD claims.
- Conduct medical and technical audits of claims to ensure quality and policy compliance.
- Monitor claim TATs and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports using Excel.
- Perform claim data validation, debit note verification, and audit observations closure.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve claims processes and reporting.
- Support automation initiatives, partner governance, and operational excellence.
