Job Role

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Money Transfer process. The role involves assisting international customers with money transfer services, explaining exchange rates, transfer charges, transaction status, and resolving customer queries while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- HSC (12th Pass) with a minimum of 1 year of International BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- English Proficiency: C1–C2 (Mandatory)
- SVAR Score: 70+ (Mandatory)

Salary
- Up to 41,000 In-Hand (Best in Industry)

Shift Details
- 247 Rotational Shifts (Mostly US Shifts)
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility
- One-way Drop facility within a 25 km boundary limit
