Job Description 1. Responsible for Post Silicon Characterization/Production Test of ARM or RISC-V based micro-controller Automotive SoC products, with main focus on Digital IP/Functional Blocks. 2. Develop Production Test program for Automotive microcontrollers. The candidate will have to work on SMT7 & SMT8 platforms. 3. Demonstrate technical innovation in measurement automation on ATE (V93K preferable) - Experience in SMT7 & SMT8 is an added plus. 4. Perform characterization to analyze device performance and compliance to datasheet specification. 5. Conceptualize, design and implement hardware and automation software for Characterization/ Production Test of Automotive SOCs. 6. Work closely with chip design team to debug silicon issues.
Qualifications: 1.
MTech/M.E/MS or B-Tech/B.E in any of the specializations related to the field of Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI. 2. Strong Electrical Circuits Fundamentals. 3. Strong troubleshooting & problem solving ability. 4. Valuable Firmware coding & scripting skill. 5. Experience in automating characterization using an ATE ( NI LabVIEW is a plus). Knowledge of SMT7 & SMT8 in V93K is an added benefit. 6. Experience in using equipment like Oscilloscopes, Source Measure Units, Power Supplies, Functional Generators etc. is a plus. 7. Experience in the domain for 6-9yrs is desirable.
