Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, creative briefs, and design requirements.
- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website banners, emailers, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with the companys brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, standees, POSM, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Assist in website design updates, UI elements, and digital assets while ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
- Conduct research to gather design references, trends, and creative inspiration for developing fresh concepts.
- Present design concepts and final artwork to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with printers, photographers, illustrators, agencies, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality production.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.




- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, software, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.

Job Expectations:
- Bachelors Degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in Graphic Design (Freshers with a robust portfolio may also be considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design, responsive web design, and accessibility principles.
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
