We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute,

and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong

understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and performance

tracking to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, informational,

and transactional)
- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and database hygiene
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate)
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign execution
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and spam regulations




- Maintain campaign calendars and submit regular performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention

Requirements & Skills
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot,

etc.)
- Understanding of email automation and drip campaigns
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work from office in Dehradun
