Role & Responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Maintain, organise, and update employee data and HR databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Build and manage HR MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards for various people functions.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, structured, usable formats.
- Support HR operations with data for headcount, attendance, attrition, and other people metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across all records.
- Generate periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and clean up data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Assist with ad-hoc data pulls and analysis as required by the HR team.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong HR MIS / Data Management Profile with strong Excel skills
- Mandatory (Experience) – Must have atleast 3+ months of experience in an MIS, data management, or HR operations role (internships count)
- Mandatory (Skill 1) – Must have solid hands-on Excel skills — formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleanup
- Mandatory (Skill 2)



– Must have hands-on experience maintaining, organising, and updating employee data and databases accurately
- Mandatory (Skill 3) – Must have experience building or managing MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Mandatory (Skill 4) – Must have high attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data
- Mandatory (Skill 5) – Must have strong organisational skills and a structured, methodical approach
- Mandatory (Skill 6) – Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee data
- Mandatory (Note): This is a 6-month internship. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their performance
- Preferred (Tools) – Exposure to HRMS/HRIS tools
- Preferred (Skill) – Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic data visualisation
