Role & responsibilities
- Software Asset Management or ITAM, including 35+ years handson with ServiceNow SAM Pro (configuration, data model, reconciliation, reclamation, dashboards).
- Demonstrated ownership of endtoend SAM lifecycle across onprem, virtualized, and cloud/SaaS environments; proven ELP delivery and audit defense.
- Solid expertise across complex publisher licensing (IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, Autodesk, VMware, Red Hat, Salesforce/M365).
- Solid understanding of discovery & inventory tooling and data pipelines (e.g., MECM/SCCM, Tanium, JAMF, Intune, vCenter) and contract/PO integrations.
- Experience building KPIs/OKRs and executive reporting on risk, spend, and savings; ability to communicate technical topics to nontechnical leaders.
