Role Description
The Executive – Agronomy is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves providing agronomic guidance to farmers and partners, including recommendations on crop planning, soil health, nutrient management, and pest and disease control. The role includes conducting field visits, demonstrations, and trials to evaluate product performance and best practices,



as well as collecting data and preparing reports to support continuous improvement. The Executive – Agronomy will collaborate with internal teams to develop technical content, training materials, and farmer outreach programs, and may assist in the deployment of technology-enabled farming solutions. The role requires regular coordination with stakeholders to ensure adoption of sustainable practices and support successful crop outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, crop science, soil science, and sustainable farming practices.
- Experience in field advisory, farm extension services, or working directly with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and report agronomic data, including yield, input usage, and field observations.
- Comfort with using digital tools, farm technologies, and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
