WHAT YOULL DO

You will be a crucial contributor to the Digital Risk Office GRC Platforms Products Group within our Tech Ecosystem and will be responsible for the delivery of capabilities required by the groups stakeholders. This includes technical architecture, design, development and maintenance of the groups solution portfolio (custom, COTS and SaaS) in adherence with industry best practices.

You will actively collaborate with team members, product teams in different portfolios and stakeholders alike.

You will be an active learner: tinkering with new products and services, using unfamiliar technologies, and encouraging continuous research inside and outside the current focus fields. You will provide leadership in the development and strategic direction of recent products, processes, technologies.

You will use your passion and knowledge about secure coding practices, code quality, and sound engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development, simple code/configuration, automated testing and deployments, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.



You will collaborate with other engineers and technical leads to improve our organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React.
- Write and maintain PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database logic to support data pipelines and backend processing.
- Implement and configure SaaS platforms and custom scripts to meet product or operational needs.
- Build, maintain, and document technical architectures using cloud-native patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
- Integrate systems through middleware and event-driven architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently; participate in on-call rotations as needed.
