Role Description
The Concrete Technologist role at Polygon Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Dehradun. The role involves designing, testing, and optimizing concrete mixes using specialty construction chemicals to improve performance, durability, and workability. The Concrete Technologist will conduct laboratory and field trials, analyze test data,



and prepare technical reports and mix recommendations for clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with production, quality, and sales teams to resolve technical issues, support product development, and provide application guidance at project sites. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and safety practices, and occasionally training team members and customers on concrete technology and product usage.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology, cement chemistry, aggregates, admixtures, and construction materials testing.
- Experience in mix design development, laboratory testing (e.g., strength, workability, durability), and interpreting technical data.
