1. Managed regional commercial operations, billing, and accounting using SAP.
2. Supervised depot logistics, dispatches, and transporter performance.
3. Reconciled channel payments and resolved dealer accounts.
4. Coordinated sales order releases and credit/debit notes with HQ.
5. Calculated incentive schemes and generated forecasting MIS reports.
6. Handled tax returns, statutory assessments, and audit compliance.
7. Managed transit insurance operations from plant to dealer.
8. Controlled office administration, cash imprests, and procurement.
