Job Title: Sr. HR Executive – Factory

Location: Angamaly, Kochi, Kerala

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Angamaly. This role is ideal for someone who understands factory-floor HR dynamics, statutory compliance, and can independently manage the full HR function at the plant level.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for factory-based roles
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll inputs
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns effectively
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factories Act, etc.)
- Support performance management processes and HR initiatives
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, MIS,



and reports

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
