Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with robust knowledge of GST compliance, Income Tax filing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, GST returns, TDS, reconciliation, taxation compliance, and coordination with consultants/auditors.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Indian taxation laws, accounting software, and statutory compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1.



Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts on a daily basis.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle bank entries and reconciliation statements.
- Maintain ledger scrutiny and account finalization support.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and vendor/customer balances.

2. GST Compliance & Filing
- Prepare and file:
- GSTR-1
- GSTR-3B
- GSTR-9 / Annual Return
- Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B.
- Ensure proper input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- Maintain GST-related documentation and records.
- Handle GST notices, departmental queries, and reconciliations.
- Verify GST applicability on invoices and transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors/customers regarding GST mismatches.

3. Income Tax & TDS Compliance
- Prepare and file TDS returns:
