The role is
General Manager, Founder's Office.

The reality is, you'll be running parts of this business.

What does that actually mean?

It means on Monday you're fixing a conversion funnel.

On Tuesday you're in a pricing discussion with the Founder.

On Wednesday you're building a launch plan for a new brand.

On Thursday you're reviewing supply chain SLAs.

On Friday you're presenting to leadership.

No two days look the same. That's not a warning. That's the pitch.

What You'll Own

- Own the numbers that matter. Revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV, Contribution Margin
- Build dashboards that actually get used
- Find the growth levers nobody else has pulled yet

- Partner directly with the Founder. Strategy, decisions, prioritisation




- Be the person she can hand a problem to and trust it gets solved
- Carry context across the business so nothing falls through the cracks

- Improve unit economics. margins, payback periods, funnel efficiency
- Own pricing, offer strategy, and retention
- Run experiments fast, kill what doesn't work, scale what does

- Lead new brand launches, recent channels, recent markets
- Take ideas from whiteboard to revenue
- Build the thing. Then scale it.

- Create structure where there isn't any
- SOPs, reporting cadence, performance tracking
- Make the machine faster and cleaner as it scales
