Role Description
The Customer Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sholinganallur. In this role, the individual will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear guidance on using HUE Touch Technologies’ products, including Panel Pro and CarQure. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting user issues, documenting and tracking tickets,



escalating complex problems to the technical team, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The role also involves onboarding new customers, assisting with basic product training, gathering feedback, and contributing insights to improve support processes and customer experience. The Customer Support Executive will collaborate closely with operations, product, and sales teams to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
