Role Description

This is a full time, on site Branch Manager role at a Londe Jewellers showroom in Nagpur. The Branch Manager owns end to end operations of the showroom, including sales performance, team leadership, customer experience, inventory, and daily discipline.



Key responsibilities include driving monthly sales targets, leading and training the floor team, ensuring high standards of service and merchandising, managing stock and security, handling escalations, and reporting numbers to management.

Requirements

Five or more years in retail or showroom management, jewellery or premium retail preferred. Proven ability to lead a team and meet sales targets. Strong customer service and communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Comfort with billing, inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting. Graduate preferred.
