Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy and frame sales policies for the business
- Drive business development and current business generation
- Hire, build, and manage the sales team
- Handle tele-sales and field sales teams
- Set targets and monitor daily sales activities
- Review team performance regularly; suggest improvements and value additions to increase sales
- Report sales MIS and pipeline to management
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
