Role Description
The Study Abroad Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The counselor will guide prospective students through the complete study abroad journey, including understanding their academic goals, shortlisting suitable countries and institutions, and explaining program options and admission requirements. Daily responsibilities include counseling students and families, conducting information sessions, assisting with application forms and documentation,



coordinating with international institutions or partner agencies, and tracking application progress. The role also involves advising on visa procedures, preparing students for interviews, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and supporting marketing or outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, and campus events. The counselor is expected to collaborate closely with colleagues, adhere to company policies, and provide a skilled, empathetic experience to every applicant.

Qualifications
- Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student aspirations and recommend appropriate study abroad options.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
