*Preferred experience in Machine Manufacturing.* experience in purchase or supply chain in a manufacturing or engineering company
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily purchase activities and coordinate with vendors
Maintain accurate daily and monthly stock records
Monitor stock levels to ensure timely availability for monthly production
Prepare and issue purchase orders as per production planning
Evaluate supplier quotations, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Follow up with suppliers for timely material delivery
Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries
Coordinate with store, accounts, and production teams
Negotiate costs and develop vendor relationships to optimize expenses.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),Telly ERP.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Keen attention to detail and ability to understand technical specifications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
*Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.*
