Role Description
The Owner at Bodhami is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Ponda, responsible for driving the overall vision, strategy,



and growth of the organization. This role oversees day-to-day operations across product development, customer success, partnerships, and business development, ensuring alignment with Bodhami’s mission and impact goals. The Owner will manage key stakeholder relationships with institutions, corporates, NGOs, and government entities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality AI-driven career management solutions. Daily activities include setting strategic priorities, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets and resource allocation, and making data-informed decisions to enhance products, services, and learner outcomes. The role also involves representing Bodhami at industry events, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
