What You'll Do:
- Strong development experience in: Java
- Hands-on experience with:
- GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code
- Strong understanding of:
- Prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot, CoT)
- SDLC/PDLC processes with AI integration

Expertise you will bring:
- Strong proficiency in AI assisted development using tools like Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code.
- Responsible for driving effective adoption of AI tools across the team and SDLC, delivering measurable productivity gains.
- Monitor quality of AI-generated outputs (code, test cases, documentation)
