- Coordinate the end-to-end patient care journey.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Register patients and maintain accurate demographic and medical records.
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations.
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostic tests, and specialist consultations.
- Communicate appointment reminders and follow-up instructions to patients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) system.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
