Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer networking background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, SCCM, and Office 365, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage Active Directory tasks including user creation, password resets, and account unlocks
- Administer Office 365 services, including MFA setup and resets
- Deploy applications and manage OS updates using SCCM
- Perform OS installation, system re-imaging, and PXE booting
- Diagnose and resolve network and hardware issues
- Configure and maintain Poly devices (conference systems, headsets)
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and proper ticket handling using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with vendors and L3 support teams for issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Proven experience in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, SCCM, and Office 365
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting
- Solid problem-solving and incident management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ITSM tools
- Familiarity with enterprise support environments

Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong user-handling and coordination abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
