Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:

● Identify, onboard, and manage brands and advertisers for the mobile vertical.

● Negotiate deals and pricing models to achieve maximum margins.

● Maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure consistent campaign delivery.

Performance Monitoring:

● Track campaign performance through analytics tools and internal dashboards.

● Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates.

● Handle daily pacing, lead validation, and fraud monitoring.

Team & Client Coordination:

● Collaborate with the creative, tech, and operations teams to ensure campaign readiness.

● Coordinate with clients to understand goals, share reports, and manage expectations.

Business Growth:

● Identify current business opportunities in CPI/CPA/CPR models across industries.

● Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and ensure consistent profitability.

Key Skills & Competencies:





● Strong understanding of CPA, CPI, and CPR mobile marketing models.

● Proficiency in affiliate networks and tracking tools (e.g., HasOffers, Affise, Trackier).

● Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

● Knowledge of lead generation, conversion funnels, and ad fraud detection.

● Team management and client handling experience.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in strategic alliance/performance marketing (CPR, CPA).

● Proven record of managing budgets and achieving performance targets.

● Has experience of brand onboarding from different industries.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 Years in mobile marketing

Expertise: Brand/campaign/agency onboarding for CPR/CPA/CPI is a must.
