Role Description
The Lead Graphic Designer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading the visual design direction for branding and advertising projects, including logo design, brand identity systems, campaign creatives, and marketing collateral. The Lead Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and digital teams to translate brand concepts into impactful visual narratives across print, digital,



and social media. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing design assets, guiding junior designers, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. The role also involves presenting design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback efficiently, and staying current with design trends and tools to keep the agency’s work innovative and competitive.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply type to enhance brand communication.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
