About The Role
We're looking for an HR Generalist with a solid background in technical recruiting to help us build and scale our engineering organization in India.

This is a recruiting-first role. You'll partner directly with engineering leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional software engineers, AI engineers, product managers, and technical leaders who will shape the future of Kantiv.

you'll help build the people foundation that enables our engineering team to do their best work—from onboarding and employee experience to HR operations and manager support.

What you'll do

Technical Recruiting
- Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML, product, platform, DevOps, QA, and other technical roles.
- Partner closely with engineering managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, recruiting communities, and other creative channels.
- Screen candidates for technical capability, communication skills, growth potential, and cultural alignment.
