Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator (Exhibitions & Interior Industry) to join our team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete billing process for exhibition projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather financial data and project milestones for invoicing.
- Prepare, generate, and issue client invoices promptly while reviewing contracts to align with billing terms.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve billing-related concerns professionally.
- Track project progress and maintain financial accuracy for ongoing projects.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain essential financial and project information.
- Analyze billing reports and assist in preparing financial performance reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and enforce collection policies to reduce outstanding receivables.
- Review client contracts in collaboration with legal and project teams to address billing or contractual concerns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in estimation, billing, or a similar role within the exhibition or construction industry.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) and familiarity with billing/accounting software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
