Elaborates the detailed schedule of build phases & milestones
Lists customers’ needs in complete and partial means,

Takes industrial capacity schedules into account, as well as quality requirements to pass the gates

Plans means using the Gantt- Jamiaca charts

Guarantees means’ delivery dates,

Hands on Microsoft project 365
