Role Description
The BIM MEP Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing mechanical,



electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models within BIM environments to support design development, coordination, and construction documentation. This full-time, on-site role in Rajouri Garden involves collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, and building services professionals to ensure accurate, clash-free, and constructible MEP designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating coordinated MEP models, performing clash detection and resolving design conflicts, preparing shop drawings and detailed system layouts, and supporting quantity take-offs and constructability reviews. The BIM MEP Engineer will also assist in model audits, interoperability checks, and integration of project information standards while adhering to Sanrachna’s BIM execution plans and quality control procedures.
