Role & responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily horticulture, landscape, and plant maintenance activities across project sites.
- Plan and monitor plant health, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest management programs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure plant quality and maintenance standards.
- Guide and support the horticulture team in daily operations and technical practices.
- Coordinate plant procurement, inventory, and replacement based on project requirements.
- Ensure timely execution of landscaping and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project coordination.
- Maintain records of site inspections, plant health reports, and maintenance schedules.
- Recommend improvements for plant selection, landscape quality, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of indoor and outdoor plants to assess overall health and growth.
- Identify plant diseases, pests, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.




- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely horticultural operations.
- Resolve client and site escalations in a timely manner and ensure effective coordination with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
- Submit daily site progress and operational reports to the upper management team.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture.
- 4-6 years of experience in horticulture.
- Positive knowledge of ornamental plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Experience in leading or supervising a horticulture or maintenance team.
- Ability to identify plant health issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
