Job Description for SDET AutomationPython developers offshore

Following Are the responsibilities and expectation

Works with the product development teams throughout the product life cycle to ensure software quality requirements and goals are established and met

Should Acquire sound knowledge in McAfee AntiVirus application in short time

Should posses sound knowledge in Windows internals

Learn McAfees test automation framework in short time

Candidate once selected needs to work on the automation framework and start scripting current test cases and debug execute test cases on a regular basis

Document the Test cases and assertions and ensure product quality is maintained and defects are discovered

Ideal Candidate should have





1 Must have work experience with programming language like Python and knowledge of objectoriented programming

2 Must have working knowledge of Selenium with Python

3 Must have working knowledge of Windows OS internals and drivers

4 Must have working knowledge on Batch scripts and Powershell scripts

5 Experience with PyWinAuto and PyAutoGUI libraries are good to have

6 Experience with Azure and other cloud technologies are good to have

7 Must have working knowledge to perform thorough functional and regression tests

8 Must have working knowledge of test and defect management tools like Jira

9 Experience in data centers and VM management will be an added advantage

10Prior experience in antivirus products is a big plus
