Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their travel needs, and recommend suitable trip packages and services. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting follow-ups, preparing quotations, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The role involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams to align offers with current promotions and travel trends.



The Salesperson is expected to provide clear, friendly communication, deliver excellent customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.
- Customer service mindset, with a focus on building trust, handling queries, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Basic proficiency in CRM or sales software and comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools.
- Knowledge of major and offbeat travel destinations across India and interest in the tourism industry.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or related sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
