The Opportunity

The Business Intelligence Analyst handles meeting customers’ reporting, and analytics needs through the deployment and support of standard and custom solutions.



The role requires gathering customers’ business requirements and designing solutions based on an understanding of the customers’ data and reporting solutions used to build the outputs.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate capabilities of customer support and consulting skills, such as problem solving, influencing, and occasionally delivering presentations to mainly internal but also potential customer audiences
- Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders using various methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and product analysis, and create functional specifications.
- Support Q&A; from other members of the development team on the specification they have created.
- Directs the functional aspect of the day-to-day sprint team work
- Perform acceptance testing on features they have designed, to ensure the features deliver the expected business value/result
