All about the role:
We’re looking for a technically hands-on
Engineering Lead
to take ownership of
solution design, planning, and technical execution
for our consumer-facing eCommerce platform.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Owners and Managers to translate the roadmap and prioritized initiatives into well-architected, high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for
ensuring technical excellence, aligning requirements across stakeholders,



and leading the solutioning process from concept to delivery
.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, UX, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and plans.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ecommerce marketplace solutions.
- Ensure solution quality, adherence to architectural standards, and alignment with long-term platform vision.
- Own the technical solution planning, including technical roadmaps, dependencies, and integration strategies.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Facilitate technical discussions, identify risks early, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Act as the technical point of contact for cross-functional teams during project execution.
