We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor for our Eicher Showroom.
Job Role:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle complaints clearly
- Coordinate with workshop team for vehicle service & repairs
- Prepare job cards and cost estimates
- Explain service details and charges to customers
- Follow up for vehicle delivery and customer feedback
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma (Automobile preferred)
- 0–5 years experience in automobile service industry (Freshers with valuable communication can also apply)
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
