Full time Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are hiring for a platform built for India s talent and opportunities platform for high school students (Grades 8 12). Built under Real World Learning Foundation (RWLF), a US 501(c)(3), the platform helps young people discover their potential, build real-world profiles, and connect with opportunities through curated Talent Hunts, mentor networks, and a content-rich app experience.

It is in its early-growth phase, backed by leading ecosystem partners, and building a team of passionate, high-ownership people.

The Role

We are looking for a young, creative, and strategic content leader to own the in-app content engine. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of content strategy, user engagement, and product thinking. You will conceptualise content formats, build organic creation systems, and ensure every piece of content on the platform adds deep value to a teenager s journey of profile building, talent discovery, and opportunity unlocking.

What You Will Own





Design and drive in-app content strategy end-to-end formats, themes, cadence, and quality bar.

Build systems for organic content creation through users, mentors, youth voices, partner organizations, and community contributors.

Develop and manage a content pipeline that keeps the app fresh, engaging, and deeply valuable for high schoolers.

Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to align content with user journeys and platform features.

Edit, review, and publish content with a sharp eye for quality, tone, and audience fit.

Experiment continuously test formats, gather feedback, iterate fast.
